Project Overview

Sansad, derived from the Hindi word for parliament, is a unique card game designed to introduce children aged 12 and above to the workings of a parliamentary system in an engaging and enjoyable manner. The game, curated for groups of 3-8 players, offers an entertaining way for young minds to grasp the essentials of parliamentary proceedings while having fun with friends or family.

Designs

There were 4 distinct categories of cards that required unique design approaches, each intended to stand out from the rest. These categories included Economy Cards, Culture Cards, State Cards, Policy Cards, and Identity Cards.

Conclusion

I collaborated with 2 talented designers on this project, each of us specializing in unique fields. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 era, we seamlessly connected virtually to bring our visions to life. Over a span of approximately 6 weeks, we diligently crafted the design. The team won the prize at Toycathon 2021.
